Build a Career That Fits Real Life
Join our family
Linda’s Real Estate was built to do things differently, not just for our clients, but for the people who work here.
We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between building a successful career and having a life outside of it. At Linda’s, we’ve created an environment where professionalism, flexibility, and ambition coexist.
Whether you’re experienced in real estate or considering a new direction, we’re always open to conversations.

We provide structure from day one.
Every new agent begins with a dedicated week-long induction programme designed to build confidence, clarity, and a strong professional foundation. From systems and processes to market positioning and client communication, you’ll understand not just what to do, but how to do it properly.
Beyond induction, the support continues. You will work under the guidance of an experienced Area Leader, ensuring you have direction, accountability, and practical insight specific to your community. Alongside this, we provide ongoing internal training sessions and access to carefully selected external training programmes to strengthen market knowledge, negotiation skills, and industry compliance.
What makes Linda’s different:

Hard work is recognised and performance is rewarded, with quarterly incentives and an annual all-expenses-paid team trip. We celebrate wins, support one another through challenges, and take pride in seeing each other grow.
At its core, Linda’s is a place where professionalism feels human, success is shared, and ambition never requires sacrificing who you are outside of work.

Are you looking for a career that works around your life - not the other way around? At Linda’s Real Estate, we believe women shouldn’t…
Apply nowThe people behind our careers programme — here to guide you through every step of joining Linda's Real Estate.
Not necessarily, and this is one of the most common questions we get. A valid RERA licence is required to practise as a real estate agent in Dubai, but you don't need to have one in hand before we have a conversation with you.
If you're joining without a licence, we'll guide you through the process of obtaining one, including the required DREI training course and the qualifying exam. We factor this into your onboarding timeline to avoid surprises. If you already hold a valid RERA card, even better, we'll make sure it's transferred and in order from day one.
What matters most to us is finding the right person. The paperwork, we can work through together.
Flexibility at Linda's is real, not a buzzword. Our agents set their own schedules around their community, life, school drop-offs, appointments, and family commitments.
That said, there is some structure, particularly at the start. During your first six to eight weeks, while you're going through induction and training, new agents are expected to come into the office daily. This isn't about checking up on you; it's about giving you the best possible foundation. You'll build relationships with the team, absorb knowledge faster, and hit the ground running with real confidence once you're signed off.
Once you're up and running, there are two fixed points in the week: our team meetings on Monday and Wednesday mornings. These are non-negotiable for good reason; they keep everyone aligned, connected, and supported. We also provide training with developers to help you in the off-plan market. Outside of that, your schedule is yours to manage.
Real estate is a client-facing profession, so viewings often happen when clients are available, including evenings and weekends, and you'll need to be reachable and reliable within your community. What we ask for beyond that is accountability and results; how you structure the rest of your time to get there is largely up to you.
Linda's operates on a commission-based structure, which is standard across Dubai's real estate market. You earn based on the deals you close, so your income reflects your effort and your results, not a fixed ceiling.
We're transparent about the structure from the very first conversation. Commission splits, incentives, and how earnings are calculated will all be explained clearly before you join, because we believe you should understand exactly what you're working towards.
Beyond commission, high performers are recognised through our quarterly incentive programme and annual team trip. If you'd like to understand the full picture before your interview, just ask; we'd rather you come in informed.
Yes, and we mean that genuinely. Linda's was founded to give mothers a real path back into meaningful work, and that mission is still close to our hearts. But we've grown into something broader than that. Our team is made up of women at all different stages of their careers. Some are returning after time away, some are experienced agents looking for a better environment, some are making a career change entirely, and some have never left the workforce at all.
What we all share is a belief that real estate works better when it's personal, and that a workplace can be both ambitious and human at the same time.
So if you've had a career gap, we genuinely don't see that as a barrier. Some of our strongest agents came to us after years away from work, and what they brought—life experience, community knowledge, and the ability to really listen to clients—turned out to be exactly what this job needs. A gap isn't a red flag to us; it's context.
Our induction programme is designed to build you up from wherever you're starting. You'll have an Area Leader alongside you, structured training, and a team that understands that careers, like life, don't always follow a straight line. If you're ready to work hard and build something for yourself, we're ready to support you.
No real estate background is required, and some of our best agents came from fields like hospitality, teaching, finance, and retail before making the switch. What matters far more than your CV is how you connect with people, how you handle yourself under pressure, and whether you're genuinely invested in the communities you'll be serving.
That said, if you do come from a real estate background, that experience is absolutely valued. We work with both people who know the industry inside out and want a better environment in which to operate, and people who are new to property but have transferable skills and the right mindset to build something meaningful.
If you're unsure whether your background is a fit, reach out. The conversation is always worth having.
