A Freezone licence allows you to operate within a designated zone and internationally, with 100% foreign ownership and simplified setup. A Mainland licence allows you to operate freely across the UAE market, including government contracts and retail locations. Can I apply for a Golden Visa through my property purchase?+−
Yes. Properties valued at AED 2 million or more qualify for the UAE 10-year Golden Visa, and you can apply even before completing payments on an off-plan purchase.
